Peace and quiet. Splendid 4 mins drive to Urbino. Very friendly, family run. Helpful with internet connection. Beautiful countryside, wide views. Clean, small, personal and friendly! We hope to visit again ...

Beautiful location with fabulous view across the facing valley, ideally suited for visiting Urbino and the surrounding area. Carlo looked after us very well and also provided a great breakfast with cakes and pastries baked by his mother.

A most beautiful setting. The quality of this experience is hard to beat for the price. Great facilities and a terrific breakfast. Newly completed buildings with all modern amenities. The staff could not have been friedlier or more helpful. A delight.

Beautiful setting nestled in the rolling forested hills. Delightful birdsong echoing up from the valley. Staff very welcoming and friendly yet unobtrusive. Spacious, quiet, clean room with lovely views. Breakfast adequate (a little on the sweet side). Easy to find by car, with good signage. A short drive to the delightful town of Urbino.

Romantic and agricultural country house, which would be perfect during summer and is good to make trips to nearby charming Italian cities.

We were given a very warm welcome from this family run hotel. The buildings and rooms were delightful and fitted with every modern convenience. The views from our room and from the breakfast area were stunning and the continental breakfast was excellent. Well worth a visit and I'm sure we will use this hotel again.

Unfortunately there is no restaurant so a short drive into Urbino is needed for dinner.

breakfast was awful, watery fruit juice, no fresh fruit, just a table full of dry, tasteless terrible cakes.

Not bad hotel, 4km from Urbino, but the price somewhat higher.

The hotel is located in a very nice countryside, that's it!

The service was rather lousy. The so-called bar was closed and we had to ask at least two different persons to get a glass of mineral water; the indoor pool is very small and costs 10 EUR per hour; the safe was out of order and nobody cared about repairing it; the air-conditioning is very loud and reminds you of a starting (or landing) jet; as the payment per card was impossible because of transmission problems at the hotel, we had to pick up money at the bancomat located downtown, accompanied and followed by the hotel staff as if we were untrustworthy criminals ...

Well situated out of Urbino, offering a relatively large and comfortable room, lovely view to the green hills and the woods, nice and clean bath with jacuzzi, ample free parking.

The breakfast lacked a few things, like a choice of cheese, yogurt and fruit.

A lovely family run business which gives it a personal touch - excellent accommodation with peaceful views across the hills - small, intimate, great location for visiting Urbino and the surrounds. Beautiful spa facility. Highly recommend.

Nice country house in the wonderful landscape of the Marken, 3 km outside of Urbino, family-run and very friendly owner. Great room, fine breakfast-buffet. We enjoy our stay.
